Cemetery Plots for Sale

Twenty-six years ago a member gifted Mt Zion Lutheran Church the deed to 4 grave plots at Pinelawn Cemetery, a document that was forgotten about in the passage of time. Now is the time for both Mt Zion and some other person(s) to secure their future(s) by transferring the deed to new ownership.

Pinelawn Cemetery is located on the west side of Milwaukee at 108th (Mayfair Rd) and Capitol Drive, easily accessible via expressway. The four contiguous lots are in Section 1, Block D, Lot 194, Spaces 1-4, a level sunny location in the southwest area of the park.

This area of the cemetery allows only flat bronze or granite markers. The going rate for a burial right in this section is $2,415 including endowment care.

Mt Zion Lutheran Church is offering each plot for the 20% discount of $1,952, and is willing to pay the required transfer fee. Although there are 4 adjoining plots, they can be split into 2 sets of 2 each.
