Justice

The Justice Team is one of the newest ministries at Mt Zion. It works to help the congregation engage in addressing the big issues of society. Some of the work is internal, guiding the congregation in conversations around the issues of the day, as many issues are controversial and multifacitate. But the work the Justice Team loves most is activating the congregation to help make a lasting difference in the policies and structures that shape our community. This may be as simple as guiding the congregation in letter writing to their representatives to as big as joining area ministries like MICAH in advocating for those in need.
